Article 1. Campaign Organizer

Art. 1.1. The "Black Friday" campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is organized by:
SC AMBIANȚA TRADE GRUP SRL, RO19989427, headquarters: 594 Iuliu Maniu Blvd., Sector 6, Bucharest;
SC AMBIANȚA TRADE GRUP FILIALA IAȘI SRL, RO34119430, headquarters: 25 Bucium St., ground floor, Iași;
SC AMBIANȚA TRADE GRUP FILIALA CLUJ SRL, RO35055300, headquarters: 10 Orăștiei St., dept. 17, Cluj-Napoca;
hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Organizer.”

Art. 1.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify any of the conditions set forth in this Regulation during the Campaign period, for justified reasons, but not before publicly announcing such changes.

Article 2. Campaign Name, Location, and Duration

Art. 2.1. The promotional campaign is called "Black Friday".

Art. 2.2. The promotional campaign takes place on the territory of Romania, in the cities of Bucharest, Pitești, Iași, Bacău, Cluj-Napoca, and Turda.

Art. 2.3. Campaign duration: November 7 – 30, 2025 (within stock limit).

Article 3. Products Participating in the Campaign

Art. 3.1. The Campaign includes the following products:
Beds: Coral, Rio, Samba, Fancy, Hamburg
Mattresses: Eco, Lux, Duo, Zen, Vis, Bio, Flex, Soft, Boss, Big Boss
—all AMBIANȚA brand products available in the Organizer’s stores.

Article 4. Campaign Mechanism

Art. 4.1. Campaign details:
The Campaign takes place in all the Organizer’s stores mentioned in Art. 2.2.
When purchasing a bed and a mattress listed in Art. 3.1, the customer receives a discount of up to 500 lei, depending on the chosen combination.
The discount applies only for full payment of the products.
Discounts by combination are shown in the table below.

Art. 4.2. The products included in the "Black Friday" campaign are available within the stock limit.

Art. 4.3. The "Black Friday" campaign cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers.

Art. 4.4. The purpose of this Campaign is to stimulate sales.

Article 5. Force Majeure

Art. 5.1. For the purpose of this Regulation, force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied, or foreseen by the Organizer, including the Organizer’s inability, for reasons beyond its control, to fulfill the obligations assumed under this Regulation.

Art. 5.2. If a situation of force majeure or fortuitous event totally or partially prevents or delays the execution of this Regulation and the continuation of the Campaign, the Organizer shall be exempt from liability for fulfilling its obligations during the period in which such fulfillment is prevented or delayed, in accordance with Art. 1351 of the Civil Code.

Article 6. Campaign Interruption

Art. 6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or interrupt the Campaign at any time during its course, with prior notice to consumers through appropriate means (e.g., posting on the website, etc.).

Art. 6.2. In the event that the Campaign is interrupted or suspended, the Organizer will grant the benefits of the Campaign to Participants who have met all Campaign conditions up to the date of suspension or interruption, in accordance with this Regulation.

Article 7. Campaign Regulations

Art. 7.1. The full Campaign Regulation is displayed and available free of charge on the website www.ambianta.ro

Art. 7.2. Participation in this Campaign implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance by any Participant of all the provisions and application of this Regulation regarding the Campaign.
